Heat the wafers in 5-minute intervals, stirring after each interval until they are fully melted. Be cautious, as chocolate can burn quickly.
If you need to melt a large quantity of chocolate wafers, consider using a slow cooker set to low heat. Stir the chocolate every 20 minutes for even melting. This chocolate works exceptionally well for dipping.
