Available in 1-1.25 lb size. Using a microwave-safe bowl, heat candy wafers at 30% power for 5-minute intervals until wafers are melted. Make sure to stir in between each 5-minute round in the microwave. This chocolate burns quickly. If you are melting a large quantity of Chocolate Wafers, use the crock pot and turn it on low, stirring every 20 minutes. This chocolate works excellent as a dipping chocolate.
