Our Mediterrian Garlic Seasoning is from EarliDale Meats, and is 100 % Gluten Free. Suggested Usage: Mix the seasoning with virgin olive oil according to taste, and use as a dip. Use as seasoning for garlic bread or shake onto rolls before baking.
