Homemade canned peaches are excellent to rely on when you are out of fresh fruit! These jars have been heat sealed, and therefore they keep for up to a year or more. Or use peaches in a recipe that calls for fruit, like peach cobbler. Drain, drink the juice, and use the fruit in your recipe!
