 Double smoked cheddar cheese is well known to use on cheese trays, party platters, or sandwiches. It has great flavour, and our customers have been telling us they serve it on barbecued burgers! What a great idea! Double Smoked Cheddar has a smooth, smokey taste that permeates through the cheddar. The darker exterior has a more intensified wood smoke flavor. This cheese is cold smoked twice using a mixture of natural hard woods. It evokes nostalgia of eating something from the northern woods!
